When not filming her hit TV series Riverdale, Marisol works undercover with law enforcement to catch paedophiles and fight against child sex trafficking. Her non-profit organisation ‘Foundation for a Slavery Free World’ was founded in 2014 to shine the light global problem and do something about it.In the week before this conversation, Sony Pictures Television announced it was adapting Marisol’s incredible story into a series, with Marisol set to star and Executively Produce.
It’s confronting subject matter but Marisol’s courage and willingness to proactively tackle this insidious problem, makes for an important and ultimately inspiring conversation.
